Established in 1983, Iron Works and Design is a mid-sized, family-owned business that has grown through dedication and hard work. Founded by Mr. Enrique Alvarez in 1983, who now serves as a part time consultant to the firm’s now President/CEO, Mr. Rolando Alvarez. Our company has built a legacy of excellence in steel design, fabrication, and erection. We specialize in industrial and commercial building construction, including manufacturing and pharmaceutical facilities, large multifamily projects, and property rehabilitation.
